This fall, millions of registered voters across the country will face significant obstacles to casting a ballot and having their vote count. These barriers include the elimination of early voting in many states; poll site changes; new ID requirements; and the scaling back of vote by mail options, such as the elimination of ballot drop boxes.

It is critical that voters know when, where, how and what they need to vote. That’s why the Workers Circle is launching Hot Democracy Summer, an initiative to connect with 500,000 voters in voting suppressed states prior to the 2024 election to help them develop a voting plan.

You can have a Hot Democracy Summer with the Workers Circle by participating in events to educate yourself and others about how to exercise the right to vote in voting suppressed states this fall.
