Camp Kinder Ring
Camp Kinder Ring was founded by the Workers Circle in the Summer of 1927 to give its early members and their children a summer home away from the city. The Workers Circle was organized in 1900 by Jewish immigrants seeking a cultural community in which to express their heritage, educate their children, and unite for mutual aid and social justice activism.
Today Camp Kinder Ring is an independent nonprofit organization that continues to connect with the Workers Circle heritage values and provides a nurturing Jewish summer home for hundreds of campers in a fun, safe, and joy-filled environment.
