Americans’ freedom to vote is under attack. Jewish tradition and experience demand we not stand idly by. On Wednesday, November 3 the Workers Circle sent its largest delegation to date to engage in civil disobedience at the White House with civil rights, democracy, and student partners. Amongst those arrested were:

Our activism is having an impact! President Biden acknowledged that activist pushing to and the filibuster to pass voting rights legislation “make a very good point,” adding “We’re going to have to move to the point where we fundamentally alter the filibuster.”
