Democracy Can’t Wait Senate Call-In and Conversation with Edie Falco

Since the 2020 election, 19 states have passed 34 laws to restrict voting rights. These bills particularly target voters of color, low-income voters, and young voters.

If the Senate doesn’t act now to pass federal voting rights legislation, millions of Americans will be prevented from casting their vote freely and having it counted fairly.

On Tuesday, President Biden came out in support of a Senate rules change in order to pass the urgently needed Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. This is a pivotal moment and your activism is needed!

Join the Workers Circle as we call in to the Senate to urge passage of voting rights legislation and converse with award-winning actress, Edie Falco, about what all of us can do to help protect our democracy!
