May Day March in Washington Square Park, New York City

On May 1st, International Workers Day, join the Workers Circle, Amazon Labor Union, NY Immigration Coalition, Make the Road, NYC Central Labor Council, RWDSU and dozens more community-based organizations, immigrant rights groups, unions, and allies as we take to the streets of New York City to demand worker protections and a full pathway to citizenship in the United States. Meet up at 12:00 noon at Washington Square Park for a May Day rally and march to insist Congress act!

Let us know you’re interested in coming and we’ll let you know where we’ll gather with our banner and bring along a Workers Circle t-shirt!

It's been two years since the pandemic started. The pandemic disproportionately impacted Black and brown communities, many pushed to the frontlines as essential workers to provide for their families and our communities. In times of need, our most impacted and vulnerable communities are left to fend for themselves and are excluded from state support as well as from a pathway to citizenship. We must not rest until our country delivers real reforms that guarantee worker organizing and a pathway to citizenship. Join us on May 1st!

The May 1st Rally and March are sponsored by: The Workers Circle, Make the Road New York; NICE; CUFFH; LIUNA Local 79; Arab American Association of New York; New York Communities for Change; Center for Popular Democracy; New York Immigration Coalition; We Are Home; Cabrini Immigrant Services; Labor Council for Latin American Advancement; Amazon Labor Union; African Communities Together; Minkwon Center; 1180 CWA; New York City Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO, RWDSU/UFCW, The Retail Action Project (RAP); Professional Staff Congress-AFT; Literacy Assistance Center and more!

Yes, I’m Interested in the March!
