Karo Wegner

Karo Wegner is an alum of the Yiddish teacher's seminar in Berlin (organized by Maison de la culture yiddish, 2019) and Yiddish Book Center's Yiddish Pedagogy Practicum (2021-2022). She spent two years in a Yiddish-speaking environment in the Paris Yiddish Center - Medem Library - first as a student of the Immersive Program and a Yiddish teacher, and later as a Yiddish teacher, librarian, and student. Karo taught at year-long Yiddish courses, intensive summer programs (Warsaw, Berlin), as well as in summer retreat settings (GenerationJ, KlezKanada).
